1. Hackathon Coding Challenge

Date: 15 to 23 March

An online Java coding challenge conducted on the Do Select platform. Participants will demonstrate their Java expertise through problem-solving tasks designed to reflect real-world scenarios and practical application of skills.

What is evaluated:

  • Core Java fundamentals applied correctly
  • Clean, maintainable code
  • Logical correctness and edge-case handling

2. Final Phase: Project Presentation

Date: 23 March

Shortlisted participants will present their solution approach and outcomes. Presentations will be held at Bangalore or Cochin, with a live online option for those unable to attend in person.

Evaluation focuses on:

  • Design clarity and trade-off reasoning
  • Technical depth and real-world applicability
  • Communication and engineering maturity

Are You Eligible?

  • Working knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Linux, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and Angular
  • Currently working as a software professional with 2+ years of experience
  • Hands-on experience building and scaling software systems
  • Strong problem-solving and system design skills
